Sentori Captivator is the Sentori system's Customer Care
and Account Creation/Workflow Management subsystem. Its integrated
modules empower service providers to perform a wide range of customer
care and account management functions that dramatically reduce customer
acquisition costs and reduce customer churn.
Customer Administration Manager
(CAM) is available through the system's original client-server application
or through the advanced, web-based eCAM. These modules bring account
information and activity immediately into view for Customer Service
Reps (CSRs) as well as for customers themselves.
Customers can view usage, billing and payment history, even review
and pay bills online with fast, secure Electronic Bill Presentment
and Payment (EBPP) -- functionality that brings customers a sense
of control, strengthens ties to their provider, and reduces the
provider's operating costs.
CSRs can access even more comprehensive account data -- instant
information that makes account administration more efficient and
customer service more personalized and responsive. Both for individual
and multi-tiered accounts, CSRs can log, view and modify contract
information, as well as view usage and payment histories. Plus,
CSRs can manage the entire trouble ticketing process, submitting,
monitoring and logging completion of service requests.
Other important advantages: as a WAN-based system, eCAM facilitates
"virtual" customer care by supporting off-site call centers or outsourced
account management, and can automatically implement account update
activities such as add-on orders.
