solutions for the communications services industry, today announced the successful deployment of its Billing and Customer
Care System for Excel Communications, Inc., featuring Sentori CaptivatorTM, an Internet-based customer care and automated
workflow processing application.
Excel Communications, a Dallas-based company offering subscribers a comprehensive suite of telecommunications and e-commerce
services through a nationwide network of Independent Representatives, selected the Sentori® Billing and Customer Care
System to provide a user-friendly system for its customer service representatives, a low-cost provisioning tool, and a
higher quality, more accurate customer invoice.
The Sentori system's tightly integrated, modular design provides built-in network mediation, real-time rating and
multi-service billing. Through Sentori Captivator, customers receive an array of advanced customer care tools, including
service provisioning, fulfillment, Web self-care and electronic bill presentment and payment . Sentori's mediation and
billing applications, combined with Sentori Captivator, eliminate manual workflow tasks such as provisioning and fulfillment,
providing Excel with the power and performance needed to deliver next generation wireless communications services.
