Billing and Customer Care Software Innovator Sentori
Appoints Tom Faulders to Board of Directors

Laurel, MD - To help lead its expansion and revenue growth plans, Sentori Inc.- an innovative provider
of multi-service billing and customer care software solutions to the communications services industry- today
announced the appointment of wireless industry leader C. Thomas Faulders, III to the company's board of directors,
effective March 3, 2002.

chairman and CEO, Sentori. "Faulders' proven track record in the wireless industry, as well as his impressive business
and financial management background, will help us drive our business to the next level, and his acceptance of the board

Faulders brings to Sentori more than 20 years of senior-level management experience in the telecommunications marketplace.
As the chairman and CEO of LCC International, a global leader in wireless voice and data technical consulting services,
for the past three years, Faulders has directed the financial turnaround and subsequent growth of the company. Prior to
joining LCC, Faulders served as executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer, as well as president of the
Integrated Supply Chain division of BDM International Inc. Previously, Faulders served as Chief Financial Officer of
COMSAT Corporation, and prior to that, he served as senior vice president of Business Marketing, Vice President of
Large Account Sales, and Treasurer for MCI.
Faulders holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors Degree in
Economics from the University of Virginia.
