New World Network Signs with Sentori for Broadband Billing and Customer Care Deployment

 


Unique Contract Requirements for Fiber-Optic Underseas Cable System

 
  Laurel, MD - Sentori, Inc. an innovative provider of multi-service billing and customer care software solutions for the communications services industry, today announced that New World Network, the principal owner of the Americas Region Caribbean Optical-ring System (ARCOS), has selected the Sentori Billing and Customer Care Solution for its service deployment and operations support.

Chosen after a rigorous selection process through New World Network's systems integrator partner, the Sentori solution will be deployed to manage the unique billing and mediation requirements of the New World Network infrastructure. With more than 24 landing points in 15 countries within South, Central, and North America and in the Caribbean, New World Network required a billing and customer care system that facilitates many country-specific billing requirements including unique taxation, currency, invoice standards and regulatory mandates.

Sentori's mediation and billing applications, combined with Sentori Captivator, eliminate manual workflow tasks and streamline the entire customer management process.
