as the winner of the "Operational Excellence" award at TeleStrategies Billing World 2002 Conference and Exhibition
in Baltimore, Md. Sentori's 3G platform also was named as a finalist in the Wireless Billing category for the second
consecutive year.
The "Operational Excellence" award is based on the cost-cutting performance of the Sentori® Billing and Customer
Care Solution for a North American wireless operator. With Sentori's activation workflow/provisioning, mediation and
billing and customer care software, the service provider has seen significant operational improvements including a 37
percent decrease in call center volume and 23 percent decrease in required CSR person-hours-a translation of
significant savings for the operator.

iGillottResearch Inc. This is the first year for the operational excellence category.
