Sentori Product Suite Honored with 2002 Globe Award from Tarifica's Billing Magazine

Award Recognizes Sentori's Deployment for North American MVNO

Laurel, MD - For the fourth time this year, Sentori Inc., an innovative provider of multi-service billing and customer care
software solutions for the communications services industry, has been recognized for its industry achievements.
Last night, Sentori received the Billing Magazine 2002 Globe Award in the "Best Joined-Up Customer Service"
category at Tarifica's Billing Europe event in Amsterdam.
The award, announced at a special reception, honors the successful deployment of Sentori's Billing and Customer
Care System for a North American MVNO that leverages its unique multi-tier marketing strategy to serve wireless
subscribers in the U.S. and Canada. The independent judging panel was made up of key industry figures who
together have more than 60 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
The "Best Joined-Up Customer Service" category was introduced this year by Tarifica's Billing Magazine to recognize
that operators need to guarantee the same level of service regardless of how their customers contact them, whether it
be via the Internet, e-mail or by phone.
"To be named the award winner among a number of leading global competitors confirms Sentori's leadership in the
billing marketplace," said John Vu, Vice President of Business Development, Sentori.
The Sentori system, featuring Sentori CaptivatorT - a Web-based automated order management and customer care tool, was deployed for the wireless operator as a managed service offering, allowing them to dramatically improve operational efficiencies, including:
- Decreasing entry-related errors by 50 percent;
- Cutting order entry and provisioning time from 10 minutes to seven minutes;
- Reducing the operator's order activation costs by over 26 percent to date, equating to an estimated annual savings of nearly $500,000 per year; and
- Decreasing CSR full-time equivalent hours by more than 23 percent.
