Sentori Expands Executive Team with Promotion of Michael Halley and Addition of Robert Littleton


Industry Veterans to Strengthen Software and Services Groups

 

Laurel, Maryland, USA - Sentori, a leading provider of multi-service billing and customer care solutions, today announced that it named Michael Halley and Robert Littleton to its management team. The new appointments reflect the positive growth Sentori has experienced despite difficult market conditions in the telecommunications industry, and further demonstrates the company's commitment to offer both best-of-class software solutions and outstanding implementation and support services.

Michael Halley, who has been Director of Operations since joining Sentori in 2000, has been promoted to Vice President of Professional Services. He will have worldwide responsibility for Sentori's systems implementation, customer support and service bureau activities. Halley has more than a decade of international business experience in telecommunications and information technology, and brings to Sentori deep expertise in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, and process and methodology development. Prior to joining Sentori, Halley served as acting-CEO for SMTC, a St. Maarten telecommunications provider. Prior to that, he headed up the management consulting division for KMPG Aruba.

Robert Littleton joins Sentori as Vice President of Software Development. He will oversee all facets of the company's software division, including R&D and engineering around the company's flagship product, Sentori® Billing and Customer Care system, as well as customer-specific product development. Littleton brings over 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry providing customer care and billing solutions to international and domestic carriers. Prior to joining Sentori, Littleton served in senior software development management roles for several leading telecommunications companies, including AT&T Wireless, Telecorp PCS, Amdocs and Airtouch.
